[SITE] Make section for legacy Java games

I think it would be great to have one like this, because I remember some were pretty fun, e.g. Tower Tank. Maybe in some kind of Stencyl Museum where we would show how Stencyl changed over the years.

The author can provide a link to the game if it's available.
To be honest, that topic is best suited for a blog, article, etc, than having its own section in the site. We don't want to officially maintain something that is more trouble than it's worth.
