Android Questions

Hey guys, got a few questions.

1. theres game center for iOS to submit highscores.... where the google play leaderboard thing for android? isnt there any? because i dont find anything at the tab "mobile" for android

2. how do you hide the control bar (back, home, recently used apps) at the bottom of the android device?
