After some deliberation and helpful advice I've decided that the title "The Platform Game" is too generic. Even though those who have played the game ALREADY know that it actually is a perfect title, the first impression is that it's lazy and I couldn't think of anything better to call it. Many will likely think it's a lazy title and will thus not take the time to play it.
Here's my ask of the community: Help me come up with a new name? I've got a few ideas but I'd very much like to hear yours as well.
Some that were kicked around:
"Hop, Skip, Don't Fall"
"All you need is Jump"
"Just Don't Fall"
Quite honestly I went into this not even thinking I might need another title, however I also didn't do a lot of market research so I guess in hindsight I was pretty reckless, oh well!
