Hire some stencylers? you could make this game yourself in a weekend, you don't need a $10,000 budget and a team.

also did you do an app store search for snake games? there are 100s of them, retro, modern, multi-player etc. There is even one called Snake Slither.

lol, that is the intention here. However this is the old catch 22, the funding is needed to hire someone to do the graphics, and the graphics are needed to get the funding. I can't create graphics worth a shat. That is not my area of expertise.

Find an artist on deviant art or soemthing who has already done a cool picture of a snake. Contact them and ask if you can use the picture in your kickstarter (just for that, no other ownership) - the pay off being if it gets funded they get hired. They will most likely say yes since they have already done the work.

You will have an example of the art standard you aspire to with the project.

You are doing something that was once successful and has been done over and over so many times and in so many better ways. That is the exact opposite of what kick-starter titles ideally do.
