I'm wondering this morning if it is because I brought my game over into version 3 from version 2 and something is still lingering behind the scenes maybe?

Jasonatcino - we went from 3.0 to 3.1 with this game and I thought it might be something along those lines - but who knows!

Anyway update from us - so our game has finally been accepted - third time lucky!  Just to recap:

1st submission:  iAds being used via the standard ad blocks - no extensions or admob:  rejected
2nd submission:  We had left the admob publisher id in settings so thought this might be the issue so removed and resubmitted:  rejected
3rd submission:  Thought the best option was to add a third party ad supplier in there!  so installed admob extension so we would have iAds and then when iAds aren't appearing admob ads would appear:  Approved!

Im still none the wiser on why or how they were seeing third party ad frameworks in the previous versions but hey ho we have got there in the end (all be it by going round the houses).

Still interested to see how everyone else overcomes this, conscious that there is still an issue here somewhere!!

I finally got approved folks! I went all Admob (though I suspect it has more to do with letting the reviewer know where the ads were - Like that article said).

So I'm a happy camper.

yeah that's what i did. i just left a note in the reviewer section for ios...think that might be the cause. give it a go. and congrats on getting approved!

So I just got a call from one of the employers at Apple. The person advised me to untick the box where it says "Does this app use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA)?", which means there's no third party ads in my app that they need to look for. Going in for the fourth time of submitting my app, so I hope it all goes well haha.
