Pikmin 3
How is that game? I'm probably going to end up getting it either way (huge Pikmin fan), but it has some big shoes to fill after the first two games.

Its my first one so it's still new to me, that being said I absolutely love it. I just discovered the extra modes, they are solo or co-op missions you can play where there is a time limit. You see how much fruit and things you can collect before the time runs out. Then you are given a rank on an online leader board. Trying to perfect a strategy with a time limit is pretty damn fun.

Most people seem to have issues with lack of big changes from previous games in the franchise and controls. I am on my 15th day and I just converted from using just the gamepad to using both the gamepad and the wiimote and nunchuck combo. It's kind of a double edged sword because I like using  solely the gamepad for quick access to the map (which allows you to see where lost pikmin are and task 1 of your 3 players to go somewhere and do something in which the game pauses) but using the wiimote and nunchuck make it a little more complicated to access the map but precision for aiming pikmin is greatly increased.

Ooooooh... my extreme micro-managing of my Pikmin legions might finally pay off with those online leaderboards. 8)

One of these days I may go back to the original Pikmin and try to complete that speed run I've wanted to do. My goal was to shoot for 9-10 day completion (2 days on each level except the last one, at best). Think that sounds crazy? I've managed to accumulate 10 parts in a 3 day span on my current speed run.

Got started on Zombi U recently, after a long time of intending to play it. REALLY great game. Tense, challenging, it's all about surviving.

Lately I've been playing Rogue Legacy (They actually make grinding for hours pretty fun and rewarding) and Spelunky. (It's a beautiful game. Also incredibly easy to die) Just got Retro City Rampage this weekend. (Enjoying what I've seen so far. Really feels like a GTA type game with NES aesthetics)
