What is haxelib.exe? Why did it stop working?

When ever I try to test a scene on most games, I get a pop up saying "haxelib.exe has stopped working" How do i fix this?

If you are running Windows Vista this is a known issue. It does not actually mean anything; for some reason Vista is convinced that the compile process failed and that the compiler has stopped responding. Instead, it's just working silently in the background. You can disregard the error message and close it after your done testing (or even before, if you wish) without harm.
