Correct way to restore purchases after app deleted?

I add an "Noads" managed product to my android game. If the player buy it ads gone correctly, but after the player delete this app and reinstall Ads shown again.
I tried to use "restore purchases" block but somehow not working.
Can somebody show a simple sample how to use correctly these purchase restore blocks/events?
