Discovered cause of [SPSprite advancetime] issue [b41]

This happens if your actor has 0 animations and is told to switch animations. It gets into this sort of state that it's not supposed to be in and causes this error since it then tries to animate the default, dummy animation we have in there that's never supposed to be animated.

To make things work, I've switched said dummy animation over to something that can be animated but still shows blank.

There is no current repro case for this anymore (it randomly happened in the past though for unrelated reasons) - just discovered during my own dev.
