Downloading stencyl

I use to own stencyl 2.0 and when I saw stencyl 3.0 it looked really good. It said to download the update, I should back up all my games (which I did), unistall stencyl 2.0 and download stencyl 3.0. However when I tried to open the downloaded link it came up with the NSIS error saying it could not be downloaded. How can I download it if the windows download version doesn't work?

Try downloading this version  http://www.stencyl.com/download/  Stencyl 3.1, I hope it helps  .
