IOS Publishing

Hey guys!
So I have a game that I want to publish to the IOS App Store, however I have never done this before, and need help doing it. I have yet not enrolled in the developers program , but am ready to do so. Is there anybody here who will be able to help me out through this process? It would be highly appreciated!
