What timezone will the due date be in? I'm -5GMT (Toronto), so will it be due 11:59PM Monday my time, or 2:59AM Tuesday my time (California 11:59PM)? This matters so i can polish till the last hour before i submit

You'll need a Newgrounds account and submit your game as a game project.I know there isn't much time left but if you haven't uploaded your game yet,you should test the different stuff out on Newgrounds since there may be things you have to learn to do such as implementing medals,scores e.t.c (if you want those things for your game that is).

What its the limit date on time (hours) to upload the game?

You have until 11:59 PM on Monday itself to submit. Tom is known to be lenient and may still accept submissions that were made early on Tuesday as well as *small* adjustments that fix game-breaking bugs (same as what Ludum Dare allows).

Sitelock it to uploads.ungrounded.com I think is the url.

Do the leaderboards not work, whilst your game is "Under Judgment"?

I've tried submitting a score. But, it keeps saying [ERROR] Unable to load scores.

They do work. You must've implemented it incorrectly.

Oh, wait. I  didn't add the API ID.

Is the Encryption Key = Newgrounds Game Key?

Ok, thanks, we are really near to finish, I'm just checking how to publish on Newgrounds and put an score system.

sebstarr, if you keep having trouble, you might want to try inserting "ungrounded.net" into the site lock. That worked for me.

Edit: nvm, I just saw letmethink said this already.

I just left it blank.

I'll let the pirates have their way with me...
