Detect Wrong/Right Answers by Player Action

I am making a learning game reboot in 3.x(almost running a demo). How I can make the answer types noticeable by an action done by the player(munching, etc.)? Is that even possible? As for the game, it's a demonstrated reboot of Super Munchers.

I want an actor to eat answers and tell if they are wrong or right. How do I do that?
