"LESS THAN BUT GREATER THAN" CERTAIN NUMBER CODE

Hi, just a simple quick question;

how do I create the coding for an an action to be performed if lets say x is less than 10 but greater than 5. basically the arithmetical representation of  10 < x < 5, in stencyl blocks?
