Updated to 3.3.1 and can no longer build game? (LOG)

Hi guys,
I updated my Stencyl to 3.3.1 and I can no longer build my game, just keep getting build fail. Does anyone know why this is i've also attached my log.

Afaik, for targets > 16, you need to upgrade your Android SDK.
