(Optionally) Scale2X up graphics when converting from Flash game?

For those who have only 1x graphics and don't want to remake them at 2x, do you think that using a utility like the Scale2X algorithm might be helpful?

I've got a Java implementation in my personal repository - if it would be useful, let me know.

This would be good for pixel art based games, but I'm not sure how well it would work with anti aliased things like in my games. Keeping it optional would be the best course of action.
