Solved: How to view the print debug console

I've added a few lines to print some different variables. I've read the instructions in Stencylpedia, but I must be missing something. I'm testing the game in Flash Player 11 and when I hit the `, nothing happens. What might be wrong with my method? Thanks.

Stencylpedia is out of date on this.  Debug print now shows in the Log Viewer and no special key needs to be pressed .
