Hi
Whenever a font is used in a 'when drawing' event it look significantly degraded compared to the font editor version and certainly compared to the Photoshop version where I create them. The files I import are PNG-24.
Am I missing something in getting better quality?
thanks

Just to add I am currently only compiling to Flash. Perhaps it is better on Android / IOS?

ah right yeah, it is the same when viewed in flash. Must just be the way Flash works. Maybe it will be better in Android when I start doing that. Not a big deal - was just wondering
thanks

You can display any text wonderfully in Flash, including very small 8-point ones when set at the right position (that's right, position) and size.
So far I had to use smoothing for fonts because when turned off the font looks like shit in the swf. With smoothing everything was sort of fine.
I don't have enough experience with fonts in Stencyl to provide a solution as for now.

I'm going to start compiling to Android in a few days so I'll see if it's any different - if it is without any tweaks to existing settings I'll just assume it the Stencyl implementation of Flash.

Hi
the fonts look great on Android so I'm guessing it's just something to do with how the flash version is compiled. Only interested in Android really so it's fine for me.
