Combining Projects

I was wondering if I used bitbucket to merge the files of 2 stencyl games, would I be able to load up the merged file and the 2 games will be combined or do i have to manually recreate everything to put it into  game?

The best you can probably do is export any assets from one and load them into the other. Whichever has the most complete scenes is the one you should prefer to import into, since you cannot import/export scenes at all.
