Stencyl can't open after newest update on El Capitan

Hello,
I just made an update to Mac El Capitan from Mountain Lion. Now I wanted reinstall/update Stencyl to the newest version but can't open it. I deleted the old Stencyl and reinstalled it and did the Java install. But when I start it there's an error saying that it can't open. It gave me this error log.

I hope someone can help me. It's essential for my master thesis.

It fails to parse the version of an engine extension, I think the Dialog Extension. Edit workspace/engine-extensions/dialog/info.txt
and remove the "Giga Sundown" part from the version line, so that it only says

version=1.3
