Unable To Register My Computer - Xcode

Hi,

This is the first time I'm trying to create iOS app. I have xcode beta version 7.2 (7C62b). I'm following these steps:

http://www.stencyl.com/help/view/ios-getting-started

Under Step 2, it suggests installing command line tool. However, I can't see that. I installed one of the iOS Simulators.

Under Step 3, it suggests to register the computer. It shows a 'refresh' button inside xcode > preference > accounts tab. When I tried that, it shows 'download all' button instead of refresh button. PFB the screenshot

When I export my app, I get a 'no match found' or similar message. Now I know it's because I can't register my computer. Any help how I'll register my computer?

I haven't done this in ages. It seems to me that you want to create the certificates/identities and then have xCode manage them, or maybe xCode does it all for you from the start.

Did you click the Download All button?

Thanks for replying. Yes I clicked 'Download all' but it still doesn't give the 'refresh' option. The download all button temporarily disables once I click that. But when I close the window and open, it shows up again.

When I go into Accounts, the screen displays 'Apple ID'. At the left there is my apple ID (the email I login with) and at the right is has the actual login with password and under this it has Team Name - my name and Agent for iOS and Mac.

If I click View Details it brings me to your screenshot. Here, the top portion is like your screenshot but the bottom has all of my provisioning profiles (AdHoc and AppStore) that I made (which has since expired apparently) as well as iOSTeam Provisioning Profile: * which to me is xCode managing it from here on out.

Try registering your apple ID again.

At this point I would search the forums for your specific error message and try all solutions. :/

Yup. Doing the same all day. Also posted this in apple developer's forum. It's been more than 5 hours and it's not even approved by a moderator yet :(

It didn't work for me. Is there something we need to tweak in our developer account in Apple website?

I'm still dealing with this trouble. Not sure what to do.

My xCode is 7.1.1 if that helps.

If you haven't already, try uninstalling and installing xCode again. Try setting up your certificates and profiles again. Basically restart from the ground.

Well, I think that's the part that wasn't discussed in "Getting Started with iOS" page and that's what I haven't done.

There is a separate page that talks about certificates and stuff. I'm just checking that.

Android development wasn't so much works as this. So I missed it ;) I believe everything should work normal after I set the profiles properly. Sorry for all the confusion.
