90% warning

I keep getting the 90% warning popup and I dont wanna work on my game in-case it messes it all up, so could someone please help me? I tried to understand the stencylpedia article, but some of it didnt make sense like where it said to download but when you press it, it just showed code. Can someone please walk me through. By the way I have 4 GB of ram.
