Pencyl not opening

For some reason, Pencyl doesn't seem to open when I press Edit Frames or Create Frames (External).

Is there any reason why this is? I tend to use Pencyl to create rough outlines of characters etc. Before creating detailed versions of them. Otherwise, I'll have to use paint and import images from that.

Is there a way around this / has anyone else had this problem?

I couldn't find any way to reinstall pencyl, but I know that the default directory for pencil is:

C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Roaming\Stencyl\stencylworks\tools

You can try deleting the .7z file that are in that folder, reinstall pencyl, and hopefully that fixes your problem.
