Importing a game

Hello, I recently did a recovery on my computer and it uninstalled stencyl. I reinstalled it and am trying to find my game I was making. I found the file, but I'm having trouble importing it. Does anyone know what to look for. File name wise. I don't want to have to remake my game. Thanks

What is "the file"?  .stencyl?
