For anybody else still keeping tabs on this kit. I have changed, and added a few things and I made it possible to type in the IP/Host to join, and Port to join. This makes it possible for players to pick the people they would like to play with instead of having everybody connect to a specific server. If you would like to know how I managed this message me and i will do my best to work you through it, and supply you with what you need :)

Hello tgbtom and hello to all,
I'll post here since Stencyl doesn't have a multiplayer solution yet and this kit seems the primary option to go around so far.

My question is if this kit, or stencyl web access methods (to call them somehow), can be used to do simple get/post of data to and from an external server were the only data in the stream would be player position and some basic inputs checks, and the rest just database save/loads.
The target is whatever social game where the player plays mostly alone and just send very specific information to a database on the server.

To resume the idea, What is the actual capability of this kit and/or Stencyl to make this kind of client/server kind of games? Always with the idea of little traffic and basic state checks.

If this can already be done, with stencyl D&D or with coding I could start something with it.
This kit appears to be the solution alongside the already developed social features in the stencyl engine.

Regards!
john.

I'm looking for somebody to add the multiplayer element to my already created game. If anybody experienced with this kit could help, then that would be great, thankyou :p.

I have tried but I don't know which ones to export and how to use them, that is my question.

I know how to export behaviours, but not which ones to export.

I'm still missing something here?  First page of StencylForge?  I am still not seeing the kit anywhere on the forge or the forums.
