I can't quite explain my game in a way that doesn't give away what I'm trying to get across yet so I'm hoping that the final product will be able to speak for itself. I'm really glad to have this opportunity to participate in the jam this year. The 10 day constraint is just what I needed to get my butt off and just make a game for the fun of it. On top of that, I've had an ache to create a dark game for awhile so this is quite a treat. Hope everyone is having as much fun as I am.

Appreciate the awesome feedback everyone as I'm having such a blast so far! Was doodling around with the (amazing) dialog extension so thought I'd share another; although, I can't say I'm going to post too much more as I don't want to spoil the surprises to come. I did have a couple of questions though if someone could clear it up. I've never made a flash game or a web browser game before. Do I select "Flash" or "HTML5(experimental)"? I just want to make sure it will be playable for everyone on gamejolt or newgrounds or other sites.

I also know the jam ends on Saturday but the timer on the site still says 3 days from now so wouldn't that be Sunday?  Just wanna make sure I don't miss the submission deadline.

1. Select Flash, flash is accepted on Gamejolt and Newgrounds. HTML5 is still in beta and has all these problems.
2. There different time zones, it ends on Sunday.

It's been a blast fellow Stencylers. Beautiful Nightmare is finished. Unfortunately it's not in HTML5 format so you are going to have to download it to play but I think it'll open up in your browser(it does for me)(not too familiar with flash games as this is my first). I hope you all enjoy. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

Atmosphere looked pretty good from the screenshots. I can't seem to play it though. It kinda loads in the browser, but only in the background. I can hear sound, but nothing else. Maybe that's because it's marked as a Windows download and I'm running off of Linux?

Try it again. I think its cause I uploaded it under downloadable instead of browser...oops... see, this is my first flash game lol..

For Flash, I selected 'browser upload' and then selected the .swf file I had generated. I just made a GameJolt account myself for the jam, so I was in the same boat figuring out what to do.
