For the jam I wanted to explore ways for the player to have a certain control of the procedural generation of the level. The idea was born from thinking about the cold theme (freezing enemies…to obvious...freezing moving tiles…yes!).
A work in progress, but I am happy with the overall concept of the player freezing the moving pieces of tiles of a platformer in strategic ways. Currently working on more ways the tiles can interact, sound, more monsters and spells, and polishing.
