Hello, I'm here to announce my new/old game... Escape Master!

I've had this game for awhile sitting around and decided since Mochiads API came out, I'll slap it on. Also, this is my first game made on Stencyl and was suppose to be a test game, but ended up being worked on a lot more than expected. (Like Balls in Space) I would like to know if there are any game breaking bugs since I've only tested it myself and tried to polish it as much as possible. I honestly don't feel like working on this title anymore as I want to continue other games before motivation loss. I would like to know what you think and if ya enjoyed it.  ;D

PS: I tried to make it as hardcore as possible while still satisfying the casual gamers.  :P

This is great! Very polished stuff, and fun too!

The springs near the beginning were kind of annoying for me to get the hang of, haha.

Lol, I didn't realize this game would be so hard. If it was hard in the beginning then it'll get insane in the last few levels. (Oh not to mention the 'hard' mode). I usually breeze through it all, then again, I am the creator. xD

Some updates: Removed 'play more' and fixed menu music. Mochiads somehow disables the menu music. o.O

EDIT: Forgot to mention this was inspired by IWBTG and the jumper series.

No offense, but it is a TERRIBLE game. Seriously...to ALL flash game designers...the double wall jump thing is no longer considered innovative or clever. Hasn't been for close to 10 years. All it does now is make people HATE the game, especially if it is one after the other. Yeah...we GET the idea. it is just stupid and unrealistic

If that is the only way you know of to make a game challenging, then you need to apply at the nearest McDonalds, because your future is NOT in programming, or in anything requiring creativity. Try coming up wit ha challenge that HASN'T been used by every bad flash game for hte last 10 years.

Wow, that offended me and I had nothing to do with this at all.

I played this once and quit, but then came back when I saw others liked it and played it for longer. I enjoyed it- even the wall jumping parts.

Other than that, I personally enjoyed the game. Quite challenging, if you think of it that way.

Awesome game, but WAY too hard. I couldn't enjoy it!
Maybe have some easy mode or something, otherwise;
I don't see others enjoying it like me!

To the postive, it looked like a fun game; wasn't an
"Newbie" game half of stencyl's arcade is. Physics weren't bad at all.
Wall Jump controls are HORRIBLE, though; how you have to hold the Up key.
I would have made ALL jump controls the jump control instead of using
another key for it!

Yeah, I know what you mean. I tried having it cater to the hardcore yet casual gamer audience(Since well.. I'm on the hardcore side :P).  I didn't expect people would say it's so hard lol. Either way, it could make the game more rewarding in the end. Also for the wall jump, you just need to press it once, no need to hold it. For maximum wall jump height just go against the wall and tap the jump without any other key. The game will get much better once you get use to the controls.
