Got my game up on and running on Steam!!!

did you make all the graphics and etc?

Yup I did everything. The art was the easy part since I do that for a living. Its the programming that I found challenging, thank God there is a healthy community here on Stencyl that helped me out from time to time.

Looks very cool!  Excellent art.  Good luck.  One small thing, and this may just be me.  I find the tag "casual" to be a turn off for a strategy game and some others may too. 

It's a tough call because appealing to a larger market is a plus but I do not think many casual gamers even touch strategy games.  You might turn off the target market by trying to appeal to a larger market that is not there (casuals). 

Then again you do a good job of explaining the difficulty of the game in the description.

Just my two cents though, the tag did jump out at me when I saw it.  Game looks very good, best of luck to you!!!

Looks great!  I love the little  3d effect at the beginning of the video ... how'd you do it? And .. do you have a sample file you'd share of that effect?

There is a much better way of making that effect. I made it 3 years ago when I didn't know how to do much in Stencyl. None the less here is the code snippet to help you along. I use the animation to change the value of the parallax effect, the bigger the number the less it moves. So as an example the absolute BG is 10 while the most front part is 5. 

No sane programmer would use the "current animation" to set a value but as I said it was a log time ago, and I didn't want to fix it since it was perfect.

Thanks for catching that one good sir. I must have left my brain out when I added that tag. I don't want ppl to think is casual, but the description is there for those who want to know if its casual player friendly.
