Flash Molehill is the closest it'll get.

iStencyl will support it from the get go by virtue of that platform.

That seems like a easy and simple replacement to OpenGL.

It isn't a replacement to OpenGL.
Flash's 3D API will use DirectX (version not specified) on Windows and OpenGL 1.3 (?!) on MacOS and Linux.
