Stencyl Forge. [SOLVED]

Stencyl forge does not work for me most of the time. i have internet access when i try to access stencyl forge but the software says that i have no connection. please help. thanks

A lot of people are having stencyl forge access issue today because of BBC news coverage.

This is brilliant. I had a game featured on Click a couple years ago, and the hits went through the roof. Click easily reaches 100m viewers internationally, as it's part of BBC News and Worldwide.

Stencyl Forge doesn't work for me 99% of the time either. Can't really use stencyl if I can't get into the forge!!

So THAT was it.

I was starting to worry.

Anyone has a chance to see the BBC news? Is it on both TV and the web?

I think the team is also proposing some changes to crash course and local file transfer so as to offload the burden on forge. Details coming up.

StencylForge is working a lot better now. Check it out when you've got a chance.

The Forge does not work for me at school. I was hoping to use this with my students. Will it need proxy settings put in? Also do you have, are you planning on an network version?

You can define a proxy server under File > Preferences > Network.
There are several other teachers using StencylWorks at school. Joe can help you in related matters.

What do you mean by network version? There has been some demand for a MSI installer and I'm looking into it.
