Editing regions/terrains after creation, making collision bounds like terrain

NT. When I make terrain or region after creation, I can't edit it easily (drag'n'drop). What I like to see is edit terrain/region tool which will behave like Shape tool in vector program like Inkscape or CorelDraw - on rectangle terrain/region there will be four points allowing to resize it, on circle just one, because we don't need more and on polygons there will be point on every vertex so we can move (and add/remove) points.

Also related request - make possible to easily edit collision boxes for actors/tiles in similar way w/out entering values manually.

There are no impossible things. There is only lack of skills.
