Looking for an In-app purchase tutorial...

Hi,

I'm looking for an In-app purchase tutorial for iOS & Android.
A simple button to "Purchase/Restore".

When the player press the button, he can makes a unique purchase to unlock levels by setting a variable with a particular value.
Then the game is saved to save the new value.

I find it unfortunate that the stencyl team do not make that kind of tutorial available...Xcode and Apple are complicated enough!!!

If someone can help me, i will be eternally grateful!!! =)

I think there are not enough details....It's truly sad...

e.g.: Step 1: Declare All Purchases......OK!!! But WHERE??? Where do i declare this "if"

I think stencyl team has to make real In-app purchases tutorials. It's essential!

No In-app purchase = no money = no stencyl membership

I'm confused though, that link literally goes step by step on how to set up IAPS.

The first step is to setup your IAPS in iTunes Connect before going to Stencyl. In iTunes Connect you will create your variables that you can then reference from Stencyl. I'm a visual learner so perhaps a video would help but I found the Stencylpedia on IAPS to be adequate I'm sorry that's not the case for your project.

You can use IAPs for unlocking levels but I think streamlining purchases with coins or a virtual currency is better and more efficient than prompting a player with a "unlock for .99" pop up every time someone wants to unlock a level. That's just me though. Goodluck!!!

I know how to do with itune connect.
I don't want to use IAP at every levels!
My game has 50 levels. The player could test the 10 first levels for free. If he really likes the game, he will have to make a unique purchase to unlock the levels from 10 to 50.
I will do my best to finish this game...
