Cant test android apps on free version

Hi, I have this issue of not being able to test my game with my android (HTC, Android 4.2.2).
i believe the error starts from this line

You have not accepted the license agreements of the following SDK components:
[Android SDK Platform 28].

It is telling me that i have not accepted the license agreements of an SDK components. how can i do that ?

I think it's because android 4 is obsolete and minimum android version is higher. Not sure how high tho

Please make a thread in the issue tracker. I'll look into how to manually bypass this until we can include an update in Stencyl.

Did this ever get resolved. I am seeing the same error message. Log file attached.
