Whenever I get about halfway through my level, my character freezes. it's always the center of my camera, and my scene dimensions are 1280 pixels wide and 480 pixels tall with each box being 64 by 64 pixels. Ive tried using the bounds block with left being 0, top being 0, bottom being 480 and right being 1280.
Help!

without screenshots we cant help much. Perhaps you can upload the game to the stencyl arcade for us to have a play.

Does just the player freeze, or the game? I think you'll need to post the .stencyl file so we can see what's going on.

Its on stencyl arcade, named "problem" and it is the character that freezes, not the game.

I noticed that it's not character freezing. It still moves and is affected by gravity. For some reason controls don't work. Is he inside a region? Or, do you disable his behaviour by any point?

Right. It's not screen right. Because screen is always the same. You can see that he stops responding just after crossing the line where screen border indicated scene border. Change from "screen width" to "scene width". And that should work.
Also your character is "sticky" when touching against walls. Change friction to 0 in his physics
