My stencyl is haunted by a mistake.
I wouldn’t want to rewrite the code ...

Your "get item" blocks in the if statement must be inside "as number" blocks, when using the < and >= blocks.

I fixed, but the problem did not dare ....
There was already such an error; code rewriting helped.
But this is a long time.

It looks like your attributes are also numbers. You have to put those "get items from lists" in "as number" as well, when you set your attributes.

You have two attributes with the same internal name, _12. You can view the internal names of attributes by opening the attributes palette for that behavior and clicking on each one. Find one of the attributes with the internal name _12 and change it to something else.
