Game Is Blurry In HTML 5 & How To Center And Letter Box In HTML

I want to run my game in html, but the game is blurry compared to flash (probably due to something like scaling or hardware acceleration), the letterbox option doesn't work, and it doesn't enter fullscreen.

I have noticed my HTML5 games are blurry when testing, but not when uploaded to a host site.
