How to update java sdk on windows?

Downloaded java 8 dev kit, installed but do not know how to set up path inside stencyl

File > Preferences > Tools

yeah, i did it, but app still do not saw the path
i was need to restart the windows as i understood

Hello,
I updated mine yesterday, using a windows machine. I went to the following website:
https://www.oracle.com/java/technologies/javase-jdk8-downloads.html

I scrolled down to find the Windows 64 bit to download.
I then created a free account with Oracle in order to download it.
I then double-clicked the download from Oracle, and it installed the JAVA sdk onto my C drive, in Programs folder.
From Stencyl, I went back to the "Reinstall Java" function, and pointed the window to the NEW Java folder created in the step above.

BUT, I still can't package for android, for some unknown reason.
