Id like to know if there is a way to make a scene or map loop horizontally or vertically
an example would be a world map in an old console rpg
Im unsure if this is a feature that can be done in Stencyl or not

Yes. I suppose you would use a combination of the Image API and moving actors, rather than moving the camera.
