[SOLVED] Toolset extension that allows you to change Stencyl's theme

In the Stencyl Community Forum, Toolset extensions, there is a post dated July 21, 2018, 01:33:48 for an Extension that makes DarkFlat and DarkNeon themes.

However, when I click the 'download it here' nothing happens.

Really appreciate if someone can point me to where I can get this extension.

Looks like the file is being served over http instead of https, so some browsers may block the download (since the Stencyl forums are served over https). You can copy the download link and paste it into a new tab, or use a download manager to get the file.
