Will the stencyl software continue to be updated?

I like the function of building block programming very much. However, many projects that could be executed in the past can no longer be executed. FLASH is also getting slower and slower. I want to know, is this software no longer developed?

HTML5 publishing (to replace Flash) has been a feature for a while, and the last update to the software (shown in the changelog on the Discord server) was November 15. An update to the free version would be nice, though.
