I want to recycle some actors when they offscreen, but sometimes they disappear when part of this actor still on screen, so I need to increase offscreen bounds minimum on 64px, and I'm afraid that it will decrease performance of the game. So, interesting, increasing of offscreen bounds it is the same as making screen size bigger, or offscreen bounds affects only on behaviors that contains "self is on screen" block?

Offscreen bounds should just change when the "self is simulating" limit, not increasing the screen size (I have not personally investigated though).

The screen size is constant. An actor is considered offscreen when it is outside a particular boundary. By default, this boundary is the same size as the screen. The block only modifies this boundary and it's possible to have an actor that isn't visually onscreen but still inside the boundary.
