Rotate Actor on Screen around central axis

Peace all.
I want to rotate Actor via swipe (ex. https://youtu.be/ySurGVlkD9Y?t=32)
Was able to get it to rotate in older version (hence the video) but lost original file now trying to replicate in Stencyl 4.1.4
Your help is appreciated!
