Problem with itch.io

Hello, I have a problem, I have completed the game in html to upload it to itch.io but when I upload the zip file and test the game it stays in the loading bar.

This could be any number of things, there's not much to go with from the information you provided. I suggest re-exporting the game to HTML5, reuploading and making sure all settings are set to show the game as HTML5.

Sorry my english is not native, im explain better, i uploaded the game to itch.io but when click in start game, it freeze in a preloader srceen.

Try with a blank game: only one scene and no actors.

now i have another problem with discord, my account is disabled for inactivity, i cant loggin and i cant create new account because my email is used. I try  another time  later.

I found the fail, i'm using an obsolete version.(4.1) I try  (4.1.4) with a blank game and it works.
I just had to change all the timers.
About discord, i need to make a new account.
