idle game

i would like to make a idle game. what i mean by idle game is when you on the page a bar fills up and once its filled it rewards you with so many points. but im not sure how to make the idle bar fill or reward you with points if you can help id be happy. thanks

BTW to have a bar filling go in the draw block
-make a rectangle(without filling it) with the desired length
-make a rectangle (filled) with the same width of the first, height which is increased by x every y seconds
