Circular Movement

I don't like the configuration of the circular movement behavior since it's description doesn't match the attributes. I have it set to 1 second. Which means it should take one second to revolve around once. But it's not working. What's not working you ask, Well It's moving way too fast and I can't even tell where the damn thing is because of flickering. Here's my revolve around actor modifier for my current game. If someone could link me to a tutorial that works differently and perhaps even uses motion instead of placement that would be great!
