How do you make a script pause for 4 seconds?

You could put a master boolean in your script, and then when a specific condition triggers the pause set it to false.

While it is false you could increase a counter (number) by the step size (under flow > advanced) until it reaches the value that you need it at.

Step size is in milliseconds, so your condition would have to be that when the current counter reaches 4000+ set your boolean to true again, as well as reset the counter to 0. That should work.

If you need any further help let me know.

Edit: here is a sample script

Or you could just use a "Do after [] seconds" block, under Flow in the time tab.
