Defining an Actor

How do you get the exclamation inside of a triangle symbol (LOL) like in the attached example?

If "Some Actor" is defined/exists, then the symbol means it has an empty default animation.

Create an actor with an animation. Don't import any frames or delete any existing one. Save.
The symbol is a fallback graphic StencylWorks uses when an image is missing.
