Resolved Questions / Maze Game Example Help

In the maze game example how is the attribute "Blocking Block" within the behavior "Switch Activation" assigned.

There's nothing that I can find that ties the block actor to this attribute so where is that located or how is that done?

Also is there a way to unkill something? That is an opposite to the kill command within the actor command.
