After you have uploaded your game, there is a section title Updates. Click that, then click Add News Post.

I was also wondering about this. Mind you, I do need the number to be saved, but it would be real nice to know how to do. My current project, in the long term, will require numbers into the decillions, at very least, and I am at a loss as to how to do this without altering a large portion of 10k+ lines of code.
